Clinical Hypnotherapy is an evidence-based, therapeutic use of hypnosis in a professional setting. You are gently guided into a deeply relaxed yet fully aware state (very similar to meditation or the moments just before sleep) where your critical/analytical mind quiets and your subconscious becomes highly receptive to positive, targeted change. No swinging watches, no loss of control, no “sleep.” You remain awake, aware, and in complete command of yourself the entire time.

How a Session Works – Step by Step

  1. Pre-talk & goal setting (15–20 min) We clarify exactly what you want to change and how you’ll know it’s changed.

  2. Induction & deepening (10–15 min) Gentle guidance into a relaxed, focused state (you’ll feel heavy, light, or simply “floaty”).

  3. Therapeutic work (20–40 min) Regression to root cause (when needed), direct suggestion, parts therapy, somatic release, future pacing, and neural-pathway reinforcement.

  4. Awakening & integration (5–10 min) You return feeling refreshed, alert, and often noticeably lighter. Most clients say it feels like a deep nap plus a breakthrough.

Average session length: 90–120 minutes for the first appointment, 60 minutes thereafter. Most people need 4–8 sessions for lasting resolution (some see profound shifts in 1–3).
