spent years carrying the invisible weight of unprocessed traumas, limiting beliefs, crippling anxiety, and chronic health struggles. For a long time, I thought they were just things I had to "work through" or accept as part of my default programming. Traditional talk therapy kept me circling the same emotional stories, while cookie-cutter wellness advice left me guessing at what my physical system actually needed to heal. I knew there had to be a more profound, precise way to reclaim my life.

That search led to a radical awakening. Through deep subconscious exploration and the cutting-edge science of epigenetics, the weights dissolved. Within literal weeks, old patterns softened, cellular vitality restored, and a timeline of profound clarity, peace, and quiet joy opened before me. I realized two undeniable truths: nothing is fixed, and when we optimize our system from the cellular blueprint to the subconscious mind, we step effortlessly onto our highest timeline.

That awakening became my calling. I founded THETA as an advanced clinic where cutting-edge science meets the quantum field, dedicated to looking at human optimization from every angle—mind, body, and soul.

Driven by a lifelong passion for root-cause resolution, my credentials span the absolute frontier of modern wellness. Trained and professionally designated through The Academy of Clinical Hypnotherapy (CACHE-governed) and The International Association of Counselors and Therapists, I provide progressive, trauma-informed Registered Clinical Hypnotherapy (RCH, CHt). My deep fascination with cellular health and physical optimization led me to pursue advanced, specialized training qualifying me as an Epigenomic Consultant™ capable of translating your DNA into a definitive manual for physical thriving. To bridge the physical with the cosmic, I hold a Certified Level 2 Designation in Dolores Cannon’s original Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT®) along with being highly intuitive.

Born and raised among the rolling hills and quiet waters of Northumberland County, I have returned home with deep gratitude to serve the community that shaped me, as well as those who join me virtually worldwide.

A wife and mother of two, I am grateful to live a full, joyful life surrounded by everything I love: family, friends, animals, music, art, nature, literature, and an ever-growing wonder about consciousness, biology, the quantum, and the cosmos.
