I spent years carrying the invisible weight of unprocessed traumas, limiting beliefs, and crippling anxiety and depression. I thought they were all things I had to “just work through.” Talk therapy kept me circling the same stories, often reinforcing the very patterns I longed to escape. I knew there had to be another way.

Then I discovered clinical hypnotherapy and deep subconscious exploration. Within literal weeks the weights dissolved, old stories softened, and a timeline of clarity, peace, and quiet joy opened before me. Two truths became undeniable: nothing is fixed, and when we explore the barriers within, we step effortlessly onto our highest timeline.

That awakening became my calling. Trained and professionally designated through The Academy of Clinical Hypnotherapy (CACHE-governed) and The International Association of Counselors and Therapists, I founded THETA as a modern clinic where cutting-edge neuroscience meets the timeless wisdom of the subconscious. Here, advanced, trauma informed Clinical Hypnotherapy (CHt), Dolores Cannon’s original Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique® (Certified Level 2 Designation) and Subconscious Coaching (Transformation Specialist) all focus on high-level strategy, elite-level mental programming and the creation of powerful, long-lasting change, often in just a handful of sessions.

Born and raised among the rolling hills and quiet waters of Northumberland County, I have returned home with deep gratitude to serve the community that shaped me, as well as those who join me virtually worldwide.

A wife and mother of two, I am grateful to live a full, joyful life surrounded by everything I love: family, friends, animals, music, art, nature, literature, and an ever-growing wonder about consciousness, the quantum and the cosmos.

I offer you my seemingly never-ending thirst of knowledge, creative, compassionate and intuitive led storytelling, and a commitment to continually refining my practice through advanced trainings and lifelong learning.
